A PharmaSchool programme is a complete, cost-effective development package for your staff. PharmaSchool Programmes offer an innovative and comprehensive approach to staff development. A PharmaSchool Programme lasts between 6 and 12 months and participants attend a series of classroom based courses as well as completing assignments and eLearning modules whilst working for their employer. Each programme is designed to equip participants for a particular role so that they become effective within a short timeframe and are able to function at a high level of competence.

PharmaSchool uses a combination of experts and accreditation to ensure quality.
PharmaSchool Programmes use Subject Experts (PSEs) to deliver training and support to participants. These PSEs are hand picked by the PharmaSchool Management Team for their experience, credibility and communication skills.
In addition all PharmaSchool programmes are independently accredited by the ABPI. All participants receive certification from the ABPI on successful completion of the programme.
