Description
There are many aspects to performing accompanied site visits. This course looks at these aspects and provides a framework that will enable participants to be able to prepare, plan, participate and review such visits from both the assessor and trainee perspective. The course will:
- provide a framework for the conduct of effective accompanied site visits
- provide all staff, both new CRAs and trainers/mentors/managers, with information on what is expected of them
- equip trainers/mentors with tools and techniques to transfer their knowledge to inexperienced CRAs
- equip inexperienced CRAs with ideas for enhancing their own learning
- provide ideas for assessment of CRAs with a view to their preparation for conducting site visits alone
